My daughters took me to your show on September 30 for my birthday and we had a great time. We laughed from the time we arrived until we left. The food and drinks were excellent as well. I enjoyed it so much they bought my husband and I a gift certificate for our anniversary so we will be back soon. We really liked Arnold and the Elvis Presley impersation was the best ever. Thanks for a great evening.

Our group of 12 had a fantastic time on Sept. 3 - the show was hilarious, as always, and the talent is second to none. Special appreciation to Markus and Sheila for including our friends Pauline and Dave in the show, who were visiting from England. Sadly, I can never look at my brother Doug the same way again, after watching his performance as the cowboy in the Village People.. But, after many visits to the Dam and its predecessor over the past 15+ years, I can still say it's one of the best places to go for a dam good time. Congrats to all for another great show.

The Giggle Dam Brings a personal and wonderful experience to the people who attend. They even go as far as addressing you with your name. You walk away feeling as not just another Joe... The staff is among the hardest working I have ever seen...we will definitely be back making a 3rd visit...

I have to tell you, I attended last nights show (July 2nd 2005) we were celebrating my mother's 65th Birthday. What a hoot!!! I can't remember being more thoroughly entertained in my life! The food was delicious & plentiful, the staff were friendly and fun, and The show itself was nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend this experience. My Mother is on cloud nine, after her onstage "dance" with Elvis. Besides the great comedy, I was blown away by the superb musical impersonations. Most notably Rod Stewart, Carol Channing, and the aforementioned Elvis. You guys & gals rock!!!! Thankyou verrah much!!

Please be advised that my wife;Rhonda and myself; attended the final showing of your performance on June 19th, 2005. My wife and I wish to express our delight at the wonderful perfomance by the obvious talent of all in the group. The show was very entertaining, funny and talent ridden. It is my opinion that everyone in the show performed well and all had great singing voices. I will certainly tell my friends and colleagues to go to your next up and coming shows. Thanks again for a great evening. We brought our brother an sister-in-law from Kamloops to the Friday show of "Vive Las Vegas" and it was one of the best we have been to. Roy and Carol had a great time and enjoyed the food, fun and laughs! I heard comments from others who attended Saturday's performance and they also said that "Vegas" was the funniest show they have seen at the Dam. Thanks again for a great time. I was at the Las Vegas show on May 21 and it was the BEST comedy production I have ever been to. I was completely amazed at how all the staff got to know everyone by their first names. In a way they made you feel like family! A disfunctional one of course but non stop laughs from the moment I walked in the door. The performers were awesome! I'm definately coming back.

Wow! This show is awsome! I had never heard about your theater until last night. I was with the General Paint gang and everybody had a blast. We were in Vagas last week and saw a few Elvis impersonators and they had nothing on your performance. I could not get over how the staff could remember so many of our names. (nice touch, made us feel like part of the performance) We will be sure to tell all of our freinds and we will see you very soon! Excellent!!!

Just loved the show on Sat the 5th of March, the only thing wrong was my food. It looked good but it was cold, and the waitress did not offer to warm it up , so it was a good thing that I had the chips and soup. Keep up the good work as I plan on coming again as it was my third time there

Your dinner theatre experience should not be missed by anyone. The staff have a knack of setting up just the right blend of energy and humour that make you laugh until you cry. Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed your "divorce Show". It made my otherwise boring birthday (I stopped counting several years ago!) something wonderful. I was part of the Urban Rush crew that visited your Dam Lotto show on May 26th. I have to say that you show was probably the best show I have ever seen, in any genre. And contrary to advice, the food was top notch too. "Jack", "Lucky" and "Exxxtra", and everyone else, you guys were amazing. You can really see the devotion and the preparation you guys go through to make sure that the 150 people that walk through at Giggledam door, have a DAM good time

Hey there peeps, just wanted to say that me and my wife were there this past saturday with "that DAM tour guide" and that it was a great show ofcourse. I did miss the King's "you've lost that loving feeling" ...but as he put me in a headlock afterwards (quite sure he was just hugging me) , it was all good. Eventough we were only with 2 other people, I got called on stage for "the dating game" , which had me shaking for 20 minutes afterwards (it truly shows that you guys guys focus on everyone and calling everyone by their first name is just awesome!) I couldn't even eat. But that was really cool and a great experience and I can't wait to get on stage again, cause ofcourse I tore the place down and won. You guys did miss out though on making fun of my home country Holland, cause that is an easy target. The 163 country song was just amazing and that alone deserves a standing ovation ! Take care and see ya next time .

Dammit you guys!!! I love your shows. I saw the "history" and the "boob" and I will not miss any from here on. I love your dynamic, the shitty costumes, and most impressively, how you remember everybody's names. Personal favorite is how Markus gets the hot mamas (or grandmas) to smack his ass. If only I could get people to smack my ass half as much...anyway,I brought my mother-in-law and she had the time of her life. We'll be back. You guys are my new best friends. Dear Giggle Dam Folks: Today, I, along with my son's wife and friends, celebrated his 33rd Birthday at your Theatre. His name is Bryan Jasper....he was such a cute cheerleader and Dating Game participant!! I have to admit, they had to drag me out....I really wasn't interested in attending. The drive takes quite some time but they all nagged & twisted my arm and I reluctantly came along. I'm so happy I did! I've seen other Dinner Theatres, including Second City in Toronto recently, and nothing I have ever seen compares with your wonderful sense of humor in your production !! You just all "click"....that's the magic of your humor !! For the past several years my Hubby had been very ill due to a work related illness and passed away not too long ago. Then very recently, my best friend died unexpectantly. He had become my "Rock of Humor" before he died...It's been a very long time since I have really laughed hard and long and, I just want to tell you....it felt sooooo good. Really good. I think enough Endorphins were produced to last me the rest of the week....and....the drive home didn't seem all that long at all because I just kept giggling !! Thank you for such wonderful humor.I will be sure to tell many friends and family about your Theatre...and you know....I won't hesitate to come to your Theatre alone. I felt comfortable and safe being there. Bless you and I wish you every success. Val Jasper Chilliwack BC

hi there. do you send out information on your next shows to a mailing list? Out here in da valley, our local paper is somewhat bare and news of such an event would be great to know about. My daughter was part of a 16th birthday party last night for your show and they had so much fun. We would really be interested in knowing more about the shows and when they are happening. We moved here from Calgary and used to take the kids to Storybook Theatre Calgary and Loose Moose Theatre in Calgary as they got older so we really miss having something "cultural" and "educational" to go to as a family or with friends. Hope to see you soon for That Dam Tour Guide which sounds great. Cheers from Abbotsford Caryn Z.

My friend and I were looking for a place to have dinner and see a show, and she spotted your ad in the newspaper, so we thought we would try it out. We made reservations, but unfortunately you had to reschedule us. We were ready to give up and go elsewhere, but you made us an offer we couldn't refuse, so we went to the show last night. We had such a great time, I can't remember the last time we laughed that hard! Thanks for a great evening, and we will be back to see the next show!!!

Hello everyone. Well, eight of us went to the show last night and it was wonderful!! I have been to dinner shows before and this one by far was the best yet. I highly recommend going, but ONLY if you really want to have a great time. The cast and crew (including the waiters and waitresses, kitchen staff, and especially the bar tenders) did a great job. You can tell when a person loves their job and these people make it easy to tell that they do. Keep up the great work!!!

Its bad enough that I keep getting spammed to death by these credit card debt offers. It seems like everywhere I turn I see ads for repair credit this and that. Now these companies are posting messages on your guest book to advertise their credit counseling services? Give me a break! Maybe some of us don’t mind having bad credit and just want to use the Internet in peace. Post your junk elsewhere. none.

SO, WHAT DO CANADIANS HAVE TO BE PROUD OF? 1. Smarties 2. Crispy Crunch, Coffee Crisp 3. The size of our footballs fields and one less down 4. Baseball is Canadian 5. Lacrosse is Canadian 6. Hockey is Canadian 7. Basketball is Canadian 8. Apple pie is Canadian 9. Mr. Dress-up kicks Mr. Rogers ass 10. Tim Hortons kicks Dunkin' Donuts ass 11. In the war of 1812, started by America, Canadians pushed the Americans back...past their 'White House'. Then we burned it...and most of Washington, under the command of William Lyon McKenzie who was insane and hammered all the time. We got bored because they ran away, so we came home and partied...Go figure.. 12. Canada has the largest French population that never surrendered to Germany. 13. We have the largest English population that never ever surrendered or withdrew during any war to anyone, anywhere. 14. Our civil war was a bar fight that lasted a little over an hour. 15. The only person who was arrested in our civil war was an American mercenary, who slept in and missed the whole thing... but showed up just in time to get caught. 16. We knew plaid was cool far before Seattle caught on. 17. The Hudsons Bay Company once owned over 10% of the earth's surface and is still around as the worlds oldest company. 18. The average dog sled team can kill and devour a full grown human in under 3 minutes. 19. We still know what to do with all the parts of a buffalo. 20. We don't marry our kin-folk. 21. We invented ski-doos, jet-skis, velcro, zippers, insulin, penicillin, zambonis, the telephone and short wave radios that save countless lives each year. 22. We ALL have frozen our tongues to something metal and lived to tell about it. 23. A Canadian invented Superman. BUT MOST IMPORTANT! 24. The handles on our beer cases are big enough to fit your hands with mitts on. OOOoohhhhh Canada!! Oh yeah... and our elections only take one day. Pass this on if you are proud to be Canadian!!! I was looking for you guys in the phone book under "Maz and Me's Theatre Revue" --Ring a bell? I couldn't find you in the white pages but was delighted to see your new name in the yellow pages--thankfully I remembered where in Coquitlam you were. I was there for for my surprise 30th birthday party---now I will be turning 40!!!! Ouch. I wanted to go and party with you guys again so thank heaven you are still around. I was dragged up on stage with the "big girl" and you can imagine how much she embarassed ,e--I don't recall her name. Anyways, glad you are still around and I might bring some of my fellow workers "who are from the US of A"---maybe you can embarass them and make them the "butt" of your jokes especially since the poke jabs at me for being a Canuck. Dear Giggle Dam Crew: Thank you for making Blake's birthday a memorable one! You know, the guy you picked on all night...not that it was a bad thing. You guys are just hilarious and are responsible for our sore jaws--we laughed so much! When "Elvis" came out with "I Love Blake" on his leg-- well, I can't say how much you made us laugh! Just loved the Canadian Content part of the show, Elvis was just great (especially after being to Graceland in Sept.), Rod Stewart, Anna Nicole Smith, the Beaver lady, Gordon Lightfoot should really sing some more....The whole show was a great way to unwind & laugh a lot and we could all use more of that. Again, thank you so very much for making Blake's 60th birthday one that we will always remember!

What a great night last Friday 18th Oct! Did not know what to expect although my friends have seen the various shows several times nothing prepared me for the sheer fun!! Brad as Rod Stewart is incredible, all the girls were fab. and, of course, my favourite of all time was Elvis. Markus you were great and I have seen "Elvis" in many forms and in many countries. Just wish I was closer, would certainly make it a monthly visit. Maybe you can bring the show to London - it would be so well received - especially the Fawlty Towers skit. Good Luck to you all and thanks again for a really great evening.

July 12 - Oct. 6, 2002: Our Own Dam Fawlty Towers Show:

Hi to the whole cast. You were all so Dam good. I saw your performance of Fawlty Towers on Sat. Sept. 15. I could not believe how out of this world the performance was - everything from the better-than-original Fawlty Towers that the cast did, to the great singing talents. Markus and Sheila, your dreams are only beginning, with the talent that the two of you have, and your cast - no telling where it can end up. Also, Brad sings Rod Stewart like nobody else does. Doing the Terry Fox Run on Sunday, and to hear him sing Never Give Up on a Dream, was very touching. Please don't any of you give up on your dreams , because dreams can only be made with great talent like this whole cast has. And, being from Penticton, I can tell you that the Elvis Festival that we had this summer had no better talent than the performance of Elvis that Markus did. Great work, guys. P.S. I was the guy that was a stand-in for my sister on the anniversary of my sister and brother-in-law, since she was unable to attend. Thanks again for a fun evening, and I know I will be back. Steve from Penticton.

Hi guys, Lynn and Jack here. We all had so much fun last Saturday.  Fawlty Towers was so funny. I liked the part where Mark and Tony mooned. Jack's cousin couldn't stop talking about it. Thank you for letting me dance on stage Mark, it made my evening. If you guys are doing the skit The Awards Show again in January we will book to see it. My mom loves GIGGLE DAM and really likes you guys. She enjoyed talking to Mark and Sheila last Saturday. Can't wait to see you guys again. When my parents quit having New Year's Eve parties we will book for one of your shows. Take care.

Your audios are terrific, very impressive! Just a pity there's a bit of water between your city and mine or I'd be a regular attendee. Jon Lundquist is very shagdelic ;-) anyone want to check out our group's website - it's no way as good as this but the only photos of me are from enough distance not to affect the appetite badly. Many thanks for a great time. We dragged 55 of our staff over last week kicking and screaming as no one knew what they were getting into. (ages 15 to 55) Now we can't get any work done, because no one will stop yakking about what a good time they had. Production is down but morale has hit the stars. Thanks everyone. Apr. 12 - July 7, 2002: Dig Those Dam Decades:

I was at Maz & Me's in 1998 and I had a GREAT time. My friends were with me that day and they told me that the Giggle Dam is much. I went there on the night of June 6, 2002 and my friends statement was a COMPLETE understatement!!! I could not stop laffing all night long!!! The prison scene was by far the best and close to it was the horse racing scene. Markus ONCE again made my stomach hurt with this STARE!!! Thank you again for a GREAT time and I'll be back for sure!!!!

The show was everything we had hoped for and so much more. As long time lovers of the Dam "Players" we have attended show after show, sometimes returning 3 or 4 times for a certain shows just to enjoy the atmosphere and comedy. Near the end of "that other place 100 ft north" the enjoyment had left the players. I just want to say that that love of comedy and joy of preforming is back and it is so obvious that the show we saw on Saturday night was one of the best I have ever seen. It was fantastic to see John and Wayne back. The addition of Rod Stewart was an AWSOME feature. Hats off to all of you and we will be back again and again. Thanks to everyone who helpped make it such a memorable night. We will deffinatly be back and recomend it to all our friends. The perfect thing was that you can get pissed and have a wild time without getting groapped at a club or see some nasty guy with his shalong in your face. I must say it is the perfect place for a stagg where you have a terrific time without any discomefort often associated with stagg. The staff is wonderful!!! It is god damn good for you :-)

I really enjoyed the show. It was totally awesome the food was great and my stomach hurt the next day from laughing so much. The only problem that i had with it was that you added the tip on with the bill which wouldn't be so bad if the tip didn't include the admission price. I understand that it was optional but I paid it anyway because the show was just so DAM awesome. I will definately come back again sometime in the future for another party maybe you can embarass some of my friends. I loved how you involved the audience it was really fantastic. Again however I do suggest you take the admission price out of the tip, I am a good tipper if the service is good I usually give about 20% tip but I never include the admission. Thank you for reading this!

You no talent hacks!!! (guess that ensures that I don't make the guestbook, thank christ)...Mark, Sheila, I just want to say how happy I am that you guys finally realized your dream. If the revenues are half of what your talent is I am sure that you will be millionaires in no time. As well I am sure that with Susan around things will run just smooth. I see that you have fully recovered from my visit Mark, and it was real nice of you to remove the gum from that table you were under while you were there!!! I know all your hard work will pay off, unfortunately being the bosses now you will probably have headaches that you haven't experienced before. For this I will offer you one piece of advice. If you ever experience doubt in something that you are doing or a decision has to be made, make the decision you feel is best, this is your gig, your show and it is a part of you, and it has been your decisions all along that has made it successful. This venture is an extention of yourselves, and with that you cannot go wrong. Congratulations and all the best, drop me a line if you have a chance. Best Regards, That asshole from Toronto, Kevin

A friend and I went to Vancouver for the weekend to visit another friend of ours who lives there. She surprised us by booking an evening at your establishment (Friday, December 7, 2001). We had no idea what to expect but was it fun! None of us had ever had our picture taken with Elvis! Now we have proof Elvis had not left the building! Next time we go back to Vancouver, we will be sure to catch your show. Keep up the excellant work!
