Comments: We have been coming to the Giggle Dam for the past few years and
try to make every new show. It's the only place that is so much fun and
has great food and all at such a great price. You’re guaranteed a night
you will not forget … you feel so involved with the show and literally your
stomach will hurt from laughter!! I highly suggest the Giggle Dam for your
next night out. We always get a large group 20-30 people and away we go!!!

Comments: Our staff Party was held at the Dam, and was fantastic!
What a brilliant team... The comedy was ridiculous and the vocal ability
was amazing...

I didn't know what I was in for and honestly didn't expect much... I was
more than satisfied at the end of the night and would easily rank it among
some of the top theatre/entertainment I have attended...

I love Elves, they taste like chicken... Only 11 sleeps til Xmas.

Comments: I went to the DAM last night to celebrate my birthday with 10 of
my closest friends, and we all had a BLAST!!!  The show was so much fun!!

Even before the show started, my stomach hurt from laughing so much.  I
love the way you all remember names from the audience, and incorporate
jokes on them into your show (and it was the first time I ever danced on
stage in a costume, I may come back just for that!!)

Comments: The first ever "Dam Cruise to Nowhere" was awesome!  Not that
a cruise is likely to be bad on its own, but being part of the
Giggledam\'s DIP crowd and attending your shows amped it up about a
thousand fold.  So much fun... I highly recommend that anyone who has the
chance sign on for the next one! 

P.S.   I won't be waiting so long between visits to your regular shows now -- I'm hooked!

must say, I haven't had that much fun in a long, long time! The show was

Comments: We took our office to see the show on Friday May 23/08 (From
Diapers to Depends).  I had never been to a \"dinner theater\" or anything
like it and I really thought it was going to be kinda lame!  It was NOT!
It was so different than I thought it would be, with tons of audience
participation (I was on stage!).  The cast are very talented and I didn\'t
stop laughing the entire night.

Comments: Wow. It\'s been a VERY long time since I have traded $50 for that calibre of entertainment.  The show was ludicrously funny, the food was exceptional (especially the soup, which got rave reviews from our table, so please do not tell us what was in it!), and the crowd was a blast - hey we started the super straw and with the help of our neighbours made it all the way to the bar!  Lastly, and most importantly, I was overwhelmed by the raw talent (acting of course, but more surprisingly the vocal performances) were unbelievable. As a performer live and in studio I can somewhat appreciate the hard work that must go into every show - I would find it hard to believe that the Giggle Dam ever has less than a full house.  Possibly the best $50 I ever spent - Thanks guys.

Wow!!!! What can I say?....I don't remember when I have had such fun or laughed so hard...actually, I believe it was the last time we were at the Giggle Dam! Thank you for an absolutely awesome time! I was at the theatre April 1/07 with the group of National Court Reporters Association (USA and Canadian group). I just wanted to let you know that my friends and I had an absolute blast. We laughed all the way through the performance, and actually were part of the "participaction" in the audience (upon threat of being naked on stage). The performers were all great, the improv was great, and the music was great. More than a fun evening - it was hilarious. Cudos to every one of the performers. A lot of talent there.

The Cast are down to earth people like ourselves who are kind, caring, understanding, genuine talented individuals who have fun and love performing each and every night at the Giggle Dam which is dear to their hearts. They have fun and enjoy putting their heart and soul and every ounce of energy from their inner core they can muster up and then some into each and every performance at the Giggle Dam. The love, enjoyment and dedication that Jonathon, Marcus, Brad, and the ladies of the house have and feel towards the guests, each other, and the Giggle Dam and what they are doing is what makes the GIGGLE DAM the success it is today. Without this the Giggle Dam would be nothing. Jonathon, Brad ,Marcus and I are on a first name basis hence there desire to connect with each guest and to make each guest feel like they are special and important. I have seen several shows and I am scarred for life LOL(Thanks Joanthan,Brad and Marcus for the practically naked men in Ladies Lingerie image) that is now permantly etched in my memory LMAO. The image of you three hot sexy men in ladies lingerie is so wrong yet one that I enjoyed at your expense of course LOL. I attended the giggle dam this time as a returning guest along with a few of my friends whom had not been to the Giggle Dam before. Jonathon and Marcus know me on a first name basis and its wonderful how they make me feel like I am one of them. I am still receiving phone calls from my friends telling me how much fun they had and what a phenominal show the cast puts on. I would personally like to say that now matter how many shows I have seen, I laugh so hard I cry each time I go. I have never seen such a talented group of actors,actresses who give it there all night in and night out, I have no idea how you do it? You have left me with a life time of memories. We celebrated my husband's 59th birthday at Giggledam's on Saturday night (2/17/07). He had the best time in years, and we couldn't stop laughing the entire time we were there. The dinner was great, and the constant entertainment left no time for boredom between events. We loved all the skits, and the entertainers were funny and very talented. They can outsing all of those so-called Canadian and American Idols. Way to go, you put out a first class product and I am definitely recommending you to my friends and associates.

Still hurting from last saturdays show. We were with 22 people and as always it is very hard to please all people in a large group. Not so saturday, each and everyone left happy and howling and looking forward to the next time. You pulling my son Bryan in the Brokeback skit was perfect. My cousin had insisted that we go to giggle dam for my moms 50th bday when we came to visit. It was the best night ever!!There was 11 of us and we all had an amazing time and are still talking about it! WE all hadn't laughed so hard in ages. It is amazing how they can remember everyones names and where your from, and the talent that each of the performers have is amazing. It is totally worth every penny! The funniest part definetly was the old age super heroes! LMAO!! My aunty thought she cried off all her makeup by the time she left!! haha WE will definetly be back and will tell everyone in Red Deer about it..and yes that is more than 2 other people...haha

We came for our staff party a few nights ago, and we couldn't believe this place! This is the most fun we have EVER had at a staff party before. They dressed our boss up as a sexy eskimo and made him dance on stage - we have photos (you can bet they're going in the newsletter). The talent, the food, the service - all A+! We attended the show on November 10 and enjoyed it immensely! We were so impressed by Marc's ability to remember names--we really appreciated that he remembered that we were from Moose Jaw--he even made some comments during the show. Along with 15 other members of the Underhill Society of America, my husband and I attended the Sept 29 performance of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. What a hoot! I don't know when we have had such a good time! The lines and lyrics were sooo good, I'm sure that I missed half of them because of laughing so much. The other members of our group were very glad that the cast chose to 'pick' on me to assist in one of the skits... Although I was a little apprehensive, it was fun to have my '5 minutes of fame' on the stage at the Giggle Dam. I was rather disappointed, though. I was fully prepared to 'choose' one of my hillbilly boyfriends but was never asked! :-( Thank you for a most enjoyable evening! (I have suggested to the owners of the company that I work at in Grand Rapids, Michigan, that the Giggle Dam would be an excellent choice for a location for our Christmas dinner...but all they did was roll their eyes to the back of their heads. I guess that means 'no'.)

By far one of the most entertaining and personable acts I have ever seen. I have been blessed to see the show a few times, most memorably once before and once after my dear friend Tiny was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. Even tho Tiny has passed on I am sure the show gave him added days to his life. The cast was not only professional but personable, what a hoot. I just wanted to say that I've seen just about every show you guys have ever done and enjoy them more every time I'm there. I tell everyone about your place and everyone I've ever brought to a show has had nothing but great things to say. I would thing the term 'politically incorrect' would be a clue for people attending that they are in for something other than the norm. Somebody once said "Take what you do seriously but don't take yourself seriously". The Giggle Dam takes that to heart and we love you for it. Don't change a DAM thing! Yeah I had a really good time I went witrh a group of my friends for her birthday. And I had a great time I myself do standup and this was great. I liked how they remembered EVERYBODYS first name and who they were there with. It made you feel special. Theuy would for sure be a group I would like to work with sometime. Thanx guys

My husband and I with another couple were at the Valentine's special show. This was our first time there and it was worth every penny. Coquitlam doesn't really offer much for a special night out so all really looked forward to not having to go to Vancouver. We've never laughed so hard and even after seeing many shows in Las Vegas this was one of the better comedy shows. The staff were very attentive making sure we all enjoyed the show. I suspected something might be going on and when I was escorted to the stage to meet Elvis all I could do was get right into the act with him. The Elvis impersonator made me feel so comfortable that I was able to get him with some of his own medicine. The crowd roared and my husband and friends thought as a audience participant I was the best up that night. Thank you for such a memorable night, we all look forward to the next show.

Last evening I was at your place for a 50th birthday celebration with some gal pals. Your show rivals anything I have seen in Vegas (costs less too) We laughed so hard our cheeks hurt. (the ones on our faces) I hope to come back in march with some family members to celebrate 4 birthdays and one anniversary. How you get the energy to do your show and keep it so fresh is truly amazing.

My family has been to the Giggle Dam about 8 or 9 times, It never gets boring, I can not believe the energy that they put out every performance. This is by far the most fun dinner you will ever have. Recently my hubby and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and my husband had booked dinner at the cannery downtown, but I wasn't up to a stuffy evening out,I wanted to have a few laughs. So we called you and got tickets for your place and I have to tell you we had a great time (as usual!) Dear Scott Becker: Thanks for your comments, but I thought I'd help clear up a few things myself. This is the owner of the Giggle Dam, and unfortunately we have no way of contacting you, so I thought I'd leave you a note here, in hopes that you'll read it. Our ticket price is $48 + GST, which comes to $51.36. At no time have we ever pre-charged gratuity in our ticket price. Never. Ever. I can guarantee that no one has ever paid more than $51.36 for their tickets. At the end of the night, a 15% "optional" gratuity is placed on the bill. This gratuity is based on your dinner, show & drinks. For example, if your tickets for two people came to $102.72, and then you had $40 in drinks on the night, the 15% grautity would be based on $142.72. That covers gratuity for your entire evening, not just your drinks. If you went to any restaurant, I'm assuming you wouldn't just tip on the drinks, but I suppose alot of people forget that the they've also had dinner and service from all of our staff members (cast & servers included) as well as a two hour show. Also, just as a reminder, the tip is absolutely optional. We highlight it and make it known that it is just a suggestion. You can pay $0 if you see fit (but hopefully, we've done everything we can to give you an excellent evening!). Perhaps the confusion arose because everyone pays for their tickets in advance, and then the amount shows up again on your bill at the end of the night. I can assure you that it is marked "prepaid", and is only there for calculating gratuity on your dinner, show & drinks. I am very upset that because of this confusion we may never see you or your group again, as we try very hard to keep our customers coming back again & again. We also keep every customers' bill, so if you'd like to speak further about this, I'd be happy to dig it out and explain it in exact detail. Please feel free to contact me at the theatre. I was at the GD last weekend as well but inquired about the 15% and it is NOT prepaid and is not included in the ticket price! The 15% gratuity is marked as optional on the dinner and show and I thought the gratuity was worth it! You guys are amazing, the talent is awsome and so was the service! We'll be back again! (I just wanted to clear up the gratuity form the pther comment!)

My wife & Myself had a great time watching the entertainment. I do however have one complaint of being overcharged on our bill. We found this out after talking to another family member in our group. She also was overcharged on her bill but she caught it before she left. It comes with The Giggle Dam charging for tickets in advance & also charging a 15% Tip in advance. When the night was over we were also charged a 15% Tip on the whole bill again even the $100.00 we already prepaid a Tip on. This happend to two couples in our party that we know of that is an extra $30.00 in tip money for your staff. Since everyone is drinking most people don't remember prepaying a Tip so if this happend to every person in the place that's $7.50 x 200 people that's an extra $1,500.00 a night in Tip money that should of not been charged. I have no problem paying 15% Tip but 30% it seems like I have been taken advantage of. Our sister noticed it on her bill & she had her bill changed & was only charged 15% on there drinks. This also held us up to leave by about 15 minutes since you had to issue another bill. If this is happening to every person who comes to the Giggle Dam all year long this could be thousands of dollars that is taken from your customers without there knowledge & I feel this is wrong. We have not been back since this night & never asked for any money back. I hope this was an error that only happend to our group but the odds are that this happend to everyone that night. If the owner of Giggle Dam isn't aware that this is happening to there customers & he isn't seeing any of the Tip money then he should put a stop to it right away because some people do figure it out & they don't come back.

We had our Christmas Staff Party at the Giggle Dam and I had the BEST time. I haven't laughed that hard in a very very long time! It was amazing! My husband and i are trying to get tickets for New Years, for us and 2 of our friends, although i think we're out of luck this year:(. I would go again in a heart beat! You guys are amazing! We laughed from the moment we arrived until the very end. It is bloody amazing how you come up with your ideas and memorize all those lines and songs. We have been to 2 diffferent shows in the last 4 months and had a fabulous time. The cast is absolutely AMAZING, the food is excellent and the service top notch. The show is hilarious. We laughed all the way and are still laughing!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this show to everyone - you are guaranteed to have a blast.....with such amazing comedy........would I go again?
